Creating a Vibrant Cultural Life
Pottawattamie Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (PACE) is strengthening, developing, and promoting arts, cultural, and historical institutions and organizations, as well as activities, in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, and throughout Southwest Iowa.
Formed in 2016, PACE evolved from the Bluffs Arts Council and is dedicated to providing a sustainable, highly active art community. Through its emerging role as a nonprofit support organization in Pottawattamie County, PACE provides a variety of functions to make that a reality:
Serving as the umbrella organization for our partners
Providing shared facilities for performance, exhibit, classroom, and archival space
Acting as a centralized hub for fundraising and marketing

General Information
1. What are your hours?
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12 PM - 4 PM, and Fridays from 4 PM - 8 PM. We also open one hour before special events.
2. Where can I park?
Additional parking is available at All Care Health Clinic during large events. All parking is FREE
3. Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! Most events allow tickets to be purchased at the door, subject to availability

5. I didn’t receive my tickets or confirmation email! What do I do?
Confirmations are emailed automatically. Check your spam folder, and if you still don’t see it, contact us at boxoffice@paceartsiowa.org
6. Do you offer free events or exhibitions?
Yes! Visit our Exhibits & Events page for current offerings.
Accessibility & Families
7. Is the Hoff Center accessible?
Yes. We offer ramps, an elevator, and accessible seating. Accessible seating is limited; please call our box office at (712)-890-5601 to reserve.
8. Are your events family-friendly?
Most of our events welcome all ages! Check our event calendar to find family-focused programs.
Food & Amenities
9. Is food or drink available?
Drinks and snacks are served at McCORMICK’s 1894 Bar during most events. Full meals are available on Hoff Fourth Fridays. Outside food is welcome on nights without food service.
10. Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms (including family and single-occupancy options) are available on every floor.
11. How early can I arrive before a show?
Guests may arrive up to one hour early. Enjoy a drink at McCormick’s 1894 or visit the Anne & John P. Nelson Exhibition Floor while you wait!
12. Do you offer coat check?
Coat check is offered at select events.

13. Can I take photos?
No flash photography or video recording is allowed during performances or gallery exhibitions. Non-flash photography is welcome.
